Szilárd Kisapáti dedicated to his profession, successfully initiated the establishment of a county-level Building Services Engineering Division at the local county engineering chamber in 2015, to represent the profession more effectively. Since then, he has continually held the position of President. Additionally, he has been a member of the Board of the Building Services Division of the Hungarian Chamber of Engineers since 2019. Szilárd Kisapáti is a respected expert within the professional community of the Hungarian Chamber of Engineers. He was chosen as the Building Services Engineer of the Year in 2018.

He holds 16 different engineering qualifications in the national registry maintained by the chamber, covering areas of design, expertise, supervision, and responsible management of construction. Furthermore, he received the title of Lead Designer in 2017.

He earned his general mechanical engineering degree in 2000 from the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Pécs. He continuously trains his engineering office staff and himself through organized continuing education programmes. As a result of his experience and training, he has obtained three additional degrees over time, in Building Services Engineering, Quality Engineering, and holder of a Master's degree in Building Services Engineering.
