Ventosus is delighted to announce the successful completion of the prestigious Balance Garden Apartment project situated in the 10th District of Budapest, Hungary, orchestrated by Bayer Property Zrt We would like to take this opportunity to showcase the instrumental contribution of Ventosus Kft as the designers for HVAC, Building Services, and Plumbing, which significantly contributed to the quality of this significant endeavour in Budapest.
The Balance Garden, featuring modern, spacious living and energy-efficient concepts, comprises three buildings boasting 298 apartments, an underground car park with 257 spaces, and an additional 41 ground-floor parking spaces. Spanning an impressive area of approximately 15,700 sq meters, this architectural marvel offers ground-floor apartments with seven additional floors, each adorned with terraces or balconies offering breathtaking views of greenery and parks in every direction.
Notably, the penthouse apartments on the top floor boast expansive terraces providing panoramic views of the surrounding Budapest landscape. The modern, energy-efficient apartment complex also incorporates a large park, a spacious enclosed community garden, a promenade, a private children’s playground, a fully equipped gymnasium, a residents’ lounge and communal terrace, and a dedicated concierge service.
At the heart of this modern, high quality and energy-efficient complex lies a commitment to sustainability and comfort. Ventosus Kft, with our expertise and extensive experience in the design of HVAC, Building Services, and Plumbing systems, played a pivotal role integrating the Balance Garden development to the District Heating system, which serves as the primary source of sustainable heating. The District Heating system is currently undergoing a conversion to Geothermal heating and energy, which will improve and increase the Balance Garden’s claim to providing residents with greater cost-effective, renewable and sustainable heating. Ventosus are emerging as leading experts in the design and integration of new and existing building developments to major European District Heating systems.
In this endeavour, Ventosus Kft collaborated closely with renowned industry partners including:
