Unveiling an Exciting Green Project!

Ventosus Kft is proud to announce the successful completion of the Hungarian Head Office, spanning approximately 1,300 sqm, for Cool4u Kft, the representative office of Gree – the World’s largest manufacturer of Residential and Industrial air conditioning units and small electrical appliances.

Nestled in the picturesque Szarvas, Hungary, this contemporary marvel stands as a prestigious example of sustainable and innovative design. The Cool4u Head Office, surrounded by a cypress grove and positioned alongside the serene Szarvasi-Holt-Körös river, offers a tranquil and green working environment.

Designed by the renowned Tiba-Studio, with structural engineering expertise from CENC, this sophisticated structure showcases a perfect blend of reinforced concrete and extensive glass—a masterpiece of contemporary green architecture. Ventosus played a pivotal role, providing cutting-edge solutions for HVAC, water, and plumbing systems throughout the building, while the electrical systems were meticulously designed by Innovill.

Beyond the exterior grandeur, equal attention was given to the interior design, by TA Design, and fit-out, featuring the exquisite Bentley furniture—backed by the prestigious Bentley Motors brand. Every detail, from the highest building designs to the interior aesthetics, was crafted with precision. The landscaping surrounding the Hungarian Head Office seamlessly integrates with its natural surroundings, ensuring harmony with the environment.

Ventosus collaborated with Gree, utilizing their state-of-the-art air-water inverter heat pumps, GMV air-air inverter VRF heat pumps, Mandik Air Handling Units (AHUs), Grundfos e-pumps, IMI balancing control valves, and Gerbit Pluvia roof drainage systems.

This project represents a significant leap towards sustainable and eco-friendly corporate spaces. Ventosus Kft is proud to contribute to a greener future, combining innovation, aesthetics, and environmental consciousness.
